Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pressure Washer Systems. Our goal is to provide an ideal shopping experience paired with unmatched customer care. If there is a situation where you need to return an item/s that you have purchased from our website, then our return policy information below will help guide you through the process. See below all relevant return information:


  • You may return any "unopened" merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee depending on the specific situation.
  • “Opened” merchandise, “used” merchandise, or merchandise that has been in your possession for more than 30 days since delivery may not be eligible for any return or credit.
  • *Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. *
  • Merchandise being sent back to Pressure Washer Systems, LLC will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
  • You may use our live chat feature or call us during normal business hours at 412-605-2553 to speak with one of our customer service representatives and receive an RMA number for your return.
  • Payments made via credit card will be credited back to the original credit card.
  • Credits will be less the original shipping charges and any restocking fees, if applicable.
  • Credits will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item/s.
  • If merchandise is mistakenly sent to a customer, it must be returned to Pressure Washer Systems, LLC within 10 days of written notice (including electronic communication via email, live chat, etc..). We will organize appropriate means of shipping the product back to our facility at no cost to you.
  • Pressure Washer Systems, LLC reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason.


Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled for a full 100% refund ONLY if cancelation occurs within 24 hours of original order date and time
  • Any orders canceled after 24 hours of original order date and time are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover credit card fees and other associated costs. 
  • An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • If a customer refuses to accept an order that has already been shipped, shipping fees and a 10 – 25% restocking fee will apply.




Damaged or Defective Merchandise:

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise upon arrival. If damage is discovered, please report it immediately to one of our customer service reps. Documenting the damage via photograph with date and time stamp is encouraged.
